We live for our adventures—they are the ultimate fountain of motivation for our training.
If you don’t naturally enjoy exercising, clearly identifying your physical goals is crucial. These goals become your emotional drivers when motivation runs low. Without proper training, your long-term quality of life simply won’t be what it could be.
This page serves as a starting point for some of the adventures I have undertaken in hiking and scuba diving. The information for each adventure varies, but may include;
- Detailed planning information if you want to do the same adventure
- Provide a visual feast of the surroundings that you will experience on the adventure (often in combination with YouTube videos)
- Explain the ups and downs, and what I would do differently if going again (perhaps saving you the same pain/errors/mistakes)
