Why we get out of Bed = Our Adventures

What gets one person out of bed varies from person to person. However, these are the spices that add colour and meaning to our lives.

But to have the energy, capacity and capability to do these ‘fun’ things with a low risk of injury, we need the strength.

While there are many adventures to have, my focus is on scuba diving and hiking/trekking, and I happily share some of them with you.

Hiking/Trekking Adventures

Walking, hiking and trekking provide opportunities to notice nature, observe and be absorbed by our surroundings. The key is having the strength to enjoy the experience.

Scuba Diving Adventures

Underwater exploration is uniquely different. While there is no conversation, there is certainly plenty of sound. Added to that the colours and crazy critters, life support gear, little to no gravity, unusual soft and hard corals, swim throughs, and you could be exploring a new planet.
